This is the most crucial period because the development is very fast and permanent. The foundations are set down for a lifelong learning and mental development. The aspiring teachers must have the knowledge of caring the young children and providing them a learning atmosphere. The Early Childhood Education course prepares the aspirants for working with children in the age group of 0-5 years and provides them with many jobs in crèches, private schools and day boarding. On the part of the current emphasis on getting teachers to be more effective at teaching this is very necessary for the teacher or care givers to be able to demonstrate the skills and inclination.
